Q.  How far is this property from Downtown Gatlinburg?

A.  To the middle of the "Parkway" (Downtown Gatlinburg) it is 3.5 miles or about a 10 minute drive.

Q.  What is the address of the property?

A.  For security reasons we only give out the address to registered guests.  The property is on Ski View Dr. in Chalet Village and overlooks Ober Gatlinburg amusement park and ski slopes.

Q.  Do you allow pets?

A.  No.  Although we are pet owners, unfortunately too many pets have "left their mark" in the past.  Considering we have done extensive renovations which include new carpeting we have decided to go pet-free.

Q.  How much will my stay cost?

A.  Please use our on-line reservations system to calculate the total cost of your stay.

Q.  Does your property have a view?

A.  Yes.  From the 44 foot long deck you can see Mt. LeConte, Ober Gatlinburg, the ski slopes, the Aeiral Tram and much more.  

Q.  I read your hot tub is covered.  Doesn't that ruin the effect?

A.  Actually, no.  Believe it or not we get many compliments on the fact that our hot tub is covered.  By having the tub covered it can be used in the rain and snow.

Q.  How secluded is your property?

A.  Gatlinburg and Chalet Village are residential communities.  Having said that, there is only one other property next door.  There are plenty of trees surrounding the property.  The deck is 28 feet off the ground and there are no other homesites below this one.  

Q.  Do you offer last-minute specials or discounts to seniors or military?

A.  The short answer is no.  We keep our rates as low as we can throughout the year.  Ocassionally, we will offer incentives to increase our rentals.  Check the Home Page for any current offers.

Q.  Do you offer any FREE night specials?

A.  Yes.  Our weekly rates are discounted to include 1 night free.  In other words stay for 7 nights and only pay for 6.  This offer is valid year-round except during the months of July and October, and holiday weeks including Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Eve.

Absolute Heaven is a family owned rental property in Gatlinburg's Chalet Village.  Vacation properties rented directly from the owners offer several advantages including:

1.  Lower rental rates - as the owner serving as the rental company, rental management fees are eliminated.  The savings are passed on to the renter.

2.  Better care - who better to keep an eye on their property than the owner? 

3.  More amenities.  We know our renters and trust them.  Because of this trust we offer better amenities.

What is a chalet?  Well, it depends on who you ask.  A "chalet" is really just a house.  Some people call their rental house a cabin, some call it a chalet and others simply call it what it is, a house.
