Rates

Our flat rate is $129 per night for all available dates.  No per person add on charges.  No reservation fee, no hot tub fees.  Our simple pricing is designed to allow you to get the most from your budget. 

A signed copy of our Rental Rules Agreement is required with every reservation.  You can download the agreement here.

$60 cleaning fee charged on stays - regardless of length.

9.5% state sales tax added on all stays.

3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY IN JULY, OCTOBER AND ON HOLIDAYS
